Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At SuSi Spices & Foods Pvt. Ltd., we want our customers to receive fresh and properly packed products. Please read our policy before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns & Replacements

As our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

However, we may provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The package was open, leaking, or tampered with when received
  • The product has a genuine quality or packaging issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
  • Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from SuSi Spices & Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Once the refund has been initiated by us, any additional delay caused by the bank or payment provider will be outside our control.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
  • Products without the original packaging
  • Products where the issue is reported after the specified reporting period

5. Refund Request Review

All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed based on the information and evidence provided.

SuSi Spices & Foods Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline a request if the claim cannot be verified or does not meet the conditions of this policy.

For cancellation, return, replacement, or refund requests, please contact us with your order number, registered mobile number, and photographs/videos of the product, if applicable.
